2006 Mission Trip Opportunities! Three Hands-on Mission Project Opportunities

Gulf Coast Mission Project (adults
only)
May 13-21
This group will be doing hurricane
relief work with Presbyterian Disaster Relief following the
devastation of Katrina. They will probably be working in
Mississippi.
Approximate cost: $200-300

Project Crossroads Summer Mission
Project (youth & adults) June 25-
July 1
This group will work in the
Appalachian mountains of SW Virginia near Marion. They will
do basic home repair for needy families and run a Vacation Bible
School. Approximate cost: $125
Registration deadline: TBA
Mexico Summer Mission Project
(youth & adults)
July 18-25
This group will work with Accion
Ministries in the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico. They will do
church construction, Vacation Bible School, and a glasses
ministry. Applications will be in the narthex on March 19.
Registration deadline: early May
Approximate cost: $850.00
